Millburn Businesses Donate to Brain Injury Awareness Month

Rockn' Joes will donate 20 percent of each guests' check to Opportunity Project as well as a Spin-A-Thon for the organization at Flywheel Millburn Wednesday.

In support of Brain Injury Awareness Month, Millburn businesses are donating time and money to Opportunity Project which kicks off Wednesday with a Spin-A-Thon at Flywheel.

Also on Wednesday, Rockn' Joes will donate 20 percent of every check to the organization for each customer who presents the attached flyer. 

The Opportunity Project Clubhouse is a unique program created by and for adults with brain injuries who are seeking the next step in their journey to recovery.

Brain Injury Awareness Month was created to acknowledge the causes and consequences of brain injury and the need for greater prevention, research, education and advocacy on behalf of individuals who sustain a life-changing brain injury.

BlueJean Day is a simple and fun event for companies to promote brain injury awareness for their employees and raise funds for Opportunity Project at the same time. Companies designate a day for employees to wear jeans to work. You can join as a sponsor or simply as a participant.
