Festivities set for the weekend of Sept. 27.

Millburn High School Class of 1963 is getting ready to walk down memory lane at its 50th reunion, festivities set for the weekend of Sept. 27.

Profile pages have been set up with yearbook pictures and more than 130 classmates have already updated their profiles, many with “old” and “new” pictures.

The weekend will include an informal welcome gathering Friday evening Sept. 27 in the Lounge of the Westminster Hotel in Livingston.

The remembering resumes Saturday morning with an exclusive guided tour of the beautiful restored Greenwood Gardens in Short Hills.  Then it’s off to the Millburn/Short Hills Historical Museum at the Short Hills train station where memorabilia about Millburn and Short Hills will be personalized for the Class of ’63. 

That will be followed by a box lunch at the new BoxCar Restaurant.

The Class will also be visiting Millburn High School for a tour of all the changes in the past 50 years, including a Sloppy Joe lunch from the Millburn Deli.

Saturday evening will be a buffet dinner at the Westminster Hotel. The hotel is also offering a special rate for class members.
