Millburn High School Presents 'Night Of Jazz' Concert
The concert will be held on April 27 at 7:30 p.m. It is free, open to the public, and presented in conjunction with Jazz Appreciation Month.

From Millburn Township Public Schools: The Music Department of Millburn High School will present its annual Night of Jazz concert on Thursday, April 27 at 7:30 P.M. in the high school auditorium. The concert is free, open to the public, and presented in conjunction with "Jazz Appreciation Month," sponsored by the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, the National Association for Music Education, and International Association for JazzEducation.
Featured ensembles are the high school's Thursday Jazz Band and Wednesday Jazz Band, and the Middle School Jazz Band. Selections will include music by Benny Carter, Thad Jones, Gordon Goodwin, Paul McCartney, Pat Matheny, Sonny Rollins, and Charles Mingus.

Night of Jazz will be professionally recorded and orders will be accepted in the lobby. In addition, orders for the high school spring concert series, as well as Music Booster membership forms, will be available.
