Millburn High School Takes Second Place in Regional Science Bowl
After placing third last year, Millburn Senior High School made the finals of the New Jersey Regional Science Bowl.

Millburn Senior High School took home second place in the United States Department of Energy’s Regional Science Bowl at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory on Feb. 21.
The contest featured 32 teams from across New Jersey competing to answer questions in several different science disciplines, including general science, earth science and physical science, math and technology. The first-place winning team, West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South, will advance to the National Science Bowl in Washington D.C., from April 30 to May 4, according to NJ.com.
The Millburn Senior High School team was composed of Arjun Gupta, Michael Tai, David Neiman, Samuel Zucker and Yanjun Yang, NJ.com reported. Millburn is coached by John Yi and Elizabeth Taylor.

According to NJ.com, this is the second time Millburn has advanced to the finals of the competition. Millburn placed third in last year’s Science Bowl.
