Millburn Soccer Coach Hopes for Top Spot

Coach Jason Robinson of boys soccer, at Milburn High School, tells the Patch his thoughts on the fall season.

After last season, going 9-7-2, soccer coach Jason Robinson hopes for a spot at the top this season. The team lost 1-0 to Chatham in the north 2, group 3, semi-final to end the 2011 season. This year though, the team has moved to group 4.

The Patch: Where do you need to focus?

Robinson: We need to be able to play both offense and defense no matter what position they are in. The players came into preseason in excellent shape, so I expect them to be aggressive when in the circle and recover back on defense when needed.
