The Millburn school district has been named the best school district in the state of New Jersey. The district’s outstanding academic programs and stellar teachers are behind the new top-notch score, as ranked by Niche.com.
Niche.com is dedicated to evaluating U.S. and Puerto Rican schools based on parent and student reviews. The site reported that parent/student surveys gave Millburn schools an overall school of 3.9 out of 5.
Millburn teachers received an A+ as did its academics, while extracurriculars and activities received an A. Millburn schools did not fare as well in the student culture and diversity category, receiving just a B-.

The website uses a very detailed set of methods to rank the top 100 schools in New Jersey. The site collected 4.6 million opinions from 280,000 New Jersey students and parents.

- Students are actively involved in a variety of extracurriculars and sports the district offers.
