Millburn Second Grader to Star in Live NBC Production of Peter Pan

A Millburn elementary school student will be performing in a live, televised production of “Peter Pan.” The program will be broadcast on NBC on Dec. 4.
John Allyn, a Deerfield Elementary School second grader, will play the role of Michael Darling in the live production of “Peter Pan.”
Allyn’s adventure begins tonight at 8 p.m. with an NBC special that offers an inside look at the production. “The Making of Peter Pan Live!” will include interviews, behind-the-scenes moments and first looks at the vibrant, family-friendly program.

John Allyn will also join the cast of Peter Pan Live at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, where the cast will perform a musical number from the production between 9 and 10 a.m.
