The Patch: Where do you need to focus?
Pallino: We need to be able to play both offense and defense no matter what position they are in. The players came into preseason in excellent shape, so I expect them to be aggressive when in the circle and recover back on defense when needed.

The Patch: Where will you excel as a team?
Pallino: I think we excel in our leadership. The captains and seniors are doing an excellent job supporting the younger players.
The Patch: Who are some key players to watch?
Pallino: Our team as a unit will be successful this year, however, I think the players that will excel are senior captains Meghan Lacey, Meghan Weisman, and Fiona Murphy. Also, Allison Tanner will do a spectacular job as defense.
The Patch: What are some important games or hard games on the schedule?
Pallino: We play in a very tough conference. The games that will be the most challenging are against West Essex and Oak Knoll.
The Patch: What is your prediction for your team this year?
Pallino: I predict we will be successful if we continue to practice as hard as we have been.
