Paper Mill Playhouse Announces 2015-2016 Season, Two World Premiers
The Paper Mill Playhouse will feature classics such as "A Christmas Story", to world premiers such as "A Bronx Tale".

The Paper Mill Playhouse recently announced its lineup for its 2015-2016 season, featuring five musicals and two world-premier productions.
Paper Mill Playhouse will open the 2015-2016 season with the world-premier music “Bandstand,” directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler, the theatre said. The musical, featuring an original score evoking the big-band era, follows a mismatched musical group of World War II veterans. “Bandstand” is scheduled to run between Oct. 8 - Nov. 8.
The second of two world premiers will be the musical debut of the film and one-man broadway show “A Bronx Tale”. The production, written by Chazz Palminteri, will feature music from Tony and Academy Award winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Glenn Slater and will be directed by two-time Academy Award winner Robert DeNiro and four-time Tony winner Jerry Zaks, according to the Paper Mill Playhouse. ”A Bronx Tale” is scheduled to run between Feb. 4 - March 6, 2016.
