Renowned Harpist to Perform at Millburn Public Library
A special harp recital will be held at the Millburn Free Public Library to benefit the Metropolitan Orchestra of New Jersey.

Accomplished harpist Patricia Turse will give a recital to benefit the Metropolitan Orchestra of New Jersey on Sunday, Jan. 18, in the Millburn Free Public Library.
The program will be an eclectic mix of musical styles from baroque to Broadway. Ms. Turse will be joined in some selections by Mark Bessett, cello, and Jaclyn Duncan, flute and piano. The recital is free to attend, but donations will be gratefully received and will benefit the Metropolitan Orchestra of New Jersey’s 2015 fundraising campaign.
The orchestra hopes to raise additional money for expenses such as renting rehearsal and performance space and for paying its professional conductor. Doors open at 1:30 p.m., and the recital will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. A reception will follow. The Millburn Library is located at 200 Glen Avenue, Millburn. The recital will be held upstairs.
