Reward Upped to $20K for Man Wanted in Millburn Home Invasion
Residents and business owners quadruple reward as authorities continue hunt for man who violently attacked a young mother in front of her child last week.

Essex County residents and businesses responded to the violent assault on a young mother in her home as her daughter watched in Millburn by quadrupling the reward for the intruder.
The man kicked down the locked back door of the Cypress Street home just after 10 a.m. Friday and "viciously" assaulted the woman for more than three minutes while robbing the home.
The sheriff's office announced Wednesday its Crimestoppers program would pay up to $20,000 for details that lead to the arrest of the man.

The was increased by private donations from Essex County residents and businesses, the sheriff's office announced.
“We commend the outstanding efforts of the local business executives and individual Essex County residents who have made this latest reward offer possible and who wish to remain anonymous," Fontoura said. “This department, the Millburn Police Department, and the entire Essex County community are most gratefully appreciative of these efforts to bring the suspect in this vicious assault to justice.”
