Township Of Millburn: Boxcar Buses Running In Millburn Beginning Monday Due To NJT Disruption

Please be advised that Boxcar Buses will be running next week while NJTransit service remains suspended. Residents should download the Boxcar app, available in the App Store and Google Play, to reserve a ticket. 

Buses will depart: 

• Short Hills Station at 6:10 & 8:20 AM 
• Millburn Station at 6:15 & 8:25 AM 
• 43rd & 6th at 5:50 PM 

The AM route will drop along Boxcar's normal morning Midtown route, crossing 42nd Street and driving up Madison Avenue with stops along the way. All schedule and location information is in the app. Please reach out to customers support with questions.  If these buses fill up more will be added to support demand while train service remains suspended.
