The Millburn Township Committee introduced a new ordinance at Tuesday night's meeting to limit parking on three streets near the Short Hills train station. The restricted parking would cut down on commuter parking during the day on the residential streets.  The ordinance would limit parking to three hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on: <ul> <li>Oak Hill Road</li> <li>Oakview Terrace</li> <li>Woodland Road, between Ridge Terrace and Wellinton Terrace</li> </ul> The committee said the parking limitation would address the complaints of residents and the needs of late commuters.  A public hearing on the proposed ordinance is scheduled for April 2.
