One of Wonder’s goals is to create a sustainable company, with a focus on being a leader in reducing waste, using eco-friendly packaging and using new, efficient kitchen technology. The newly designed central kitchen, which is located in Cranford, is currently pursuing a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification, the global framework to recognize buildings that are healthy, highly efficient, and better for both occupants and the environment. Additionally, Wonder is creating a program to reduce food waste which is focused on both environmental and community benefits, including donations to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
