Vinoteca: It's Like a Daily Wine-and-Cheese Party on Church Street

Church Street offers some of the best people-watching in Montclair. Now you can do it while sipping a glass of wine or a beer at Amanti Vinoteca. 

Amanti Vino, 30 Church St., has set up six Parisian-style tables outside its shop where customers can enjoy a bottle al fresco. Artisanal cheeses and crackers are available to complete the experience.

The Vinoteca opened in early June, but the ribbon cutting and grand opening will be celebrated on Saturday, July 20, at 2 p.m.

Montclair Mayor Robert Jackson will be on hand to officiate. There will be live music by Jazz House Kids, free food tasting by artisanal purveyors, and wine tastings.

While on the subject of new things at Amanti Vino ... the shop recently began offering 15-minute free parking around back. Free parking? Now there’s a reason to say “Cheers”!
