Edgemont Park Pond Drained Dry [Photo Gallery]
Construction at the park enters week three.
Edgemont Park's pond was recently drained as construction enters its third week.
The pond was emptied for crews to begin dredging and building a new retaining wall. Fish from the pond were removed and relocated to Verona Pond.
In addition, men using earth-moving machines could be seen Monday digging up the north end of the park. Soil was piled more than 5 feet around that portion of the park.
