Help Montclair Win $10K Crosswalk Beacon

Use Facebook and Twitter to increase Montclair's chances of winning!

Montclair has entered a contest to win a $10,000 crosswalk safety beacon that would be placed at a busy intersection on Bloomfield Avenue.

The Complete My Street contest is sponsored by Carmanah, the company that manufactures the R920 Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon crosswalk safety device, which is the contest's prize.

The RRFB is the latest technology in crosswalk warning systems and includes features proven to significantly improve crosswalk safety. The device is solar-powered and employs two small LED arrays that flash to alert motorists that a pedestrian is about to cross the roadway.
