Job Posting: Human Resources Director
Montclair Township is continuing the search for a human resources director. Take a look at some of the job requirements.

Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for employee recruitment and orientation; compliance; HRIS; maintenance
- Responsible for management of employee records; employee labor relations; policy interpretation and revisions; performance management; and employee communications.
- Must provide consultation and guidance to all levels of staff; assist supervisors in identifying, evaluating and resolving employee issues; maintain and update job descriptions
Requirements include:
- The successful candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience and education
- PHR or SPHR certification
- minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources senior level management;
- experience managing compensation and benefits policies and programs along with employee relations practices and recruitment.
Salary Range: DOQ, plus full benefits.
