Montclair Students Head to College

A meme popping up on Facebook this week depicts a kindergartener clinging on to a tree with his mother trying to pry him off on the first day of school. Some 13 years later, the mother is wrapped around the same tree holding on to her son for dear life on his first day of college. 

The latter scene is undoubtedly playing out in driveways and campuses this week as Montclair parents send their babies off to colleges near and far.
