Montclair Boys Appear in 'Oliver' at Paper Mill Playhouse

And 5 more reasons to catch the Charles Dickens' classic on the Millburn stage.

There are many reasons to catch Charles Dickens classic Oliver! at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn this holiday season. But our favorite is that two Montclair boys are in the cast.

Bobby Axelrod is one of the Workhouse Boys in the production which opened Thursday and runs through Dec. 29. Axelrod was cast at an open call audition and competed against more than 200 children for the role.

Another local young actor, Will Flamm, is part of the ensemble.
