Montclair Resident Reports Stolen Cash
Gates Avenue homeowner tells police two envelopes containing large sum missing from dresser drawer.
Two envelopes containing cash were reported missing from a Gates Avenue house currently on the real estate market, Montclair Police Det. Lt. Angel Roman said.
The incident was reported on Monday, May 20, at 10:19 a.m.
The homeowner told police there was a broker open house at his home the Thursday before.

He described them as TD Bank envelopes and said they contained $1,450 and were tucked inside the top dresser drawer of the master bedroom.
