Montclair Superintendent to Discuss Special Education
Penny MacCormack will share what she's learned on "90-day listening and learning tour" at SEPAC meeting Monday.

Montclair Public Schools Superintendent Penny MacCormack will share what she has learned during her “90-day listening and learning tour” at a Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) meeting on Monday, May 13, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Hillside Elementary School.
MacCormack will discuss the progress of her strategic plan and take questions and input from the community regarding special education in the district.
An open forum and SEPAC planning meeting for next year will follow.

Members of the Montclair High School Key Club will provide free child care during the meeting.
SEPAC is a group of parents and guardians who volunteer to provide support and information to parents and caregivers of children with special needs. All school districts in New Jersey are required to have a special education parent advisory group to advise administrators on behalf of the special needs student population.
