'Spirit Mappings' Art Exhibition on Church Street

May in Montclair is alive with music and art.

In the latest installment of "Inside Montclair," Wayne Robbins drops by local artist Steven Langehough's show " Spirit Mappings " being exhibited at Gallery 51 on Church Street. 

This new body of work of enamel paint on hard board, said Langehough, was "inspired by the topography and maps of the Quetico Superior National Forest in northern Minnesota and reference my experiences in the wilderness."

Langehough received his MFA from Cranbrook Art Academy and he is currently the registrar at Cooper-Hewitt Museum in New York.

The exhibition runs until June 22.
