Tropical Storm Lee Expected to Dump 3 Inches of Rain on Essex County
Don't put away the wet vacs yet
Keep the mop and bucket handy; more rain is in the forecast. Tropical storm Lee, which you can track here, is expected to dump nearly three inches of rain on the area. In addition, Essex County is under a Flash Flood Watch, Flood Warning, and a Hazardous Weather Outlook.
Lee is expected to arrive tonight and linger through Wednesday. The storm has already dumped several inches of rain on southern Louisiana, and is predicted to bring as much as eight inches to some areas, as it moves north, according to the National Weather Service
