UPDATE: South Park Street Project

The South Park Street redevelopment project contractor resumes work this week on the remaining section of unfinished drainage culvert on the east side of the street. The new culvert roof was completed earlier this week and the new sidewalk construction will take place through the end of the week. The east sidewalk will be reopened to Bloomfield Avenue by the end of the week, according to a construction update issued by township officials.

When the east sidewalk is reopened, construction will begin on the bump outs on the north and southwest corners of Church Street (in front of the South Park Bar and Grill and Starbucks.) South Park Street will remain closed to vehicular traffic between Bloomfield Avenue and Church Street. All businesses are open with pedestrian access provided at all times.
