2 Montville Students Are Finalists In CyberStart America
Safi Patel and David Piwowarski each received a $2,500 scholarships, letters and a gift of congratulations.

MONTVILLE, NJ — Two Montville students were named National Cyber Scholars in the CyberStart America National Cyber Scholarship Competition.
Safi Patel and David Piwowarski each received a $2,500 scholarship. They also got letters and a gift of congratulations from the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness.
“The students from Montville Township High School are strong representatives of New Jersey and its cyber community,” said Laurie Doran, acting director of the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness.

At the end of February, the Montville Township High School was awarded Bronze Cyber Opportunity School status for introducing students to the CyberStart America program and having them participate to qualify in the National Cyber Scholarship Competition.
CyberStart America is an online cybersecurity talent search and competition sponsored by the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation and the SysAdmin, Audit, Network, and Security Institute.
