Drug Council Hosting 'Teen Talk' for Parents Thursday
Parents will learn how to face challenges, such as teen drug abuse, with their kids.

Being a parent can be challenging at times.
The Montville Township Drug Awareness Council (DAC) is hoping to help parents who are not quite sure how to deal with issues like teen drug and alcohol abuse, tobacco use and self-inflicted pain with their kids by hosting a meaningful discussion session Thursday night.
The "Teen Talk" event will feature advice from Dari Dyrness-Olsen, MA, LPC, who will "provide parents with the tools and basic knowledge necessary to navigate the challenges of parenting today," according to the Montville Township website. Dryness-Olsen has authored several parenting books and is the owner of the Express Yourself Today Counseling Center in Chester, in addition to being featured on many television prorgrams.
