The will be hosting classical violinist David Podles on Sept. 23. Podles is an acclaimed International Concert violinist who began playing at age 7. He is the winner of three international violin competitions and has performed in symphony, chamber, ballet and opera orchestras at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Bolshoi and Kirov (in the former Soviet Union) music halls. Podles' appearance is part of the "Concerts in the Pio Costa" series and will include classical pieces which have highlighted his career.
