Montville Recreation Department is Sponsoring a Volleyball Camp
Join the staff of TJD Sports Academy for a week full of volleyball skills and games!
The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a VOLLEYBALL CAMP for Boys & Girls, Entering Grades 3-8 in Sept 2023.
Anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of volleyball or improving their skills. The clinic will teach various basic skills, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking. Develop effective footwork, agility, and communication skills. Learn how to play as a team and learn the game's rules. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, our clinic is open to everyone. We aim to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. Make new friends and have fun in a supportive and positive environment. We will help you develop your skills and build your confidence on the court with the help of our experienced coaches. Participants should bring water.

Program takes place at the Montville Community Park Sand Volleyball Court located at 130 Change Bridge Road in Montville.
Classes run Monday through Thursday: August 14, 15, 16 & 17 from 9:00am to 12:00pm (Raindate: 8/18).

Supervision is provided by TJD Sports Academy. A middle school volleyball coach for Ridgedale Middle School, Mary Beth Powers will lead the clinic. The program will be assisted by Sofia Fernandez, a club volleyball plyer at University of Pittsburgh. All employees are AED/CPR and Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine certified.
The cost is $150.00 per person for the 4 (day) day program.
