Montville Recreation is Sponsoring a Speed & Agility Clinic
Keep your kids on top of their game with this speed and agility clinic. Children in grades 3-8 will work on sports performance.
The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a SPEED and AGILITY CLINIC for Grades 3-8—Groups will be broken down by Males & Females and Grades depending on numbers.
Clinic focuses on: Speed/Agility Training • Strength/Conditioning Training • Sports Performance Training • Improve Confidence, Balance, Footwork, Endurance •
Program takes place at the Montville Community Park Turf Field # 5 (closest to Changebridge Rd) located at 130 Changebridge Road in Montville.

Classes run on Wednesdays: April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10 & 17 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. (IF needed Raindate: 5/24)
The clinic will be led by Jake Weisz owner of Big Shot Ballers & Drew Daniel. Drew played Division I football at Wanger and Marist as DB. He currently trains athletes in speed and agility in football in Northern NJ.

The cost is $125.00 per person for the 6 (six) week program.
