Montville Recreation's Ski Trips to Shawnee Mountain in 2024

The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a 2024 SHAWNEE MOUNTAIN SKIING & SNOWBOARDING PROGRAM for Grades 6 to 12. Program is for Montville Township residents only.

This is an opportunity to ski or snowboard OR learn to ski or snowboard at a Pennsylvania ski area. Choices of packages are available from just purchasing lift tickets & transportation to purchasing lift tickets, lessons, rentals, & transportation. Note: This program is being offered as a package deal. Individual ski/snowboard trips are not available. Participant must purchase a total package of four trip dates.*** HELMETS are MANDATORY!!!

OPTIONAL Discount Meal Plan for 4 trips: Choose # 1 burger + fries or # 2 chicken tenders + fries or # 3 pizza + baked cookie. Includes either (1) fountain drink or (1) bottled water. You pick each trip (non-refundable).

Program takes place at Shawnee Mountain Ski Area located at Shawnee-on-Delaware in Pa.

Trips run on Fridays: January 5, 19, 26 & February 2 (No: 1/12* unless needed). * Make-ups because of inclement weather and/or conditions will be added on at the end!

Transportation will DEPART from the Community Park at 2:45pm for Grades 9-12 and 3:30pm for Grades 6-8.

Anticipated arrival back to the Community Park is 10:15pm.

Transportation is on a Motor Coach Bus with storage underneath.

The TRANSPORTATION FEE will be PAID DIRECTLY to Montville Recreation FIRST and ONCE PAID you will RECEIVE a LINK from Montville Recreation to COMPLETE your registration (after Oct 6th) AND PAY DIRECLTY through SHAWNEE MOUNTAIN for the specific PACKAGE you choose for your child/ren.

The TRANSPORTATION COST is $145.00 per child and is PAYABLE to Montville Recreation.

The PACKAGE OPTIONS are for 4 weeks and are PAYABLE to Shawnee Mountain through Online Ski Portal with a Credit Card.

Students will have the option to Ski or Snowboard. The following packages are available including costs: Lift Only ($112), Lift & Rentals ($192), Lift & Beginner Lessons ($220), or Lift & Rentals & Beginner Lessons ($300).

Additional OPTIONAL Add-Ons include: Helmet Rental ($48), Meal Plan ($52) * NOTE: You cannot bring outside food onto the Shawnee property, but you can purchase food each night, Student Club Pass ($215) – *Instead of 4 Lift Tickets (Valid Mon-Fri, Non-Holiday, Open-Close + Sat/Sun: 3pm-9pm), and/or Parent/Sibling Club Pass ($299) – *With Member Purchase (Valid Mon-Fri, Non-Holiday, Open-Close + Sat/Sun: 3pm-9pm).

As of October 18th, there is NO GUARANTEE of placement AND the price goes up $50.00.
