Montville Road Resurfacing Underway
Township anticipates road work to go until the end of September.

2012 road resurfacing project will be underway beginning Tuesday and is expected to last until the end of September.
Roads being resurfaced are throughout the township and include the following locations on the following dates, according to the township website:
- "Virginia Road: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/10/12)
- Macleay Road: from Virginia Road to #8 Macleay Road (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/10/12)
- Glenwood Drive: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/10/12)
- Valhalla Road: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/10/12)
- Crest Terrace: from #16 House Terrace to Stephen Drive (on or about 9/11/12 through 9/17/12)
- Two Bridges: Berlin Road to Pine Brook Road (on or about 9/12/12 through 9/18/12)
- East Cheryl Road: from Konner Avenue to Lorraine Drive (on or about 9/7/12 through 9/13/12)
- Fawn Drive: from Deer Hill Drive to Montgomery Avenue (on or about 9/11/12 through 9/17/12)
- Lisa Place: entire length (on or about 9/7/12 through 9/13/12)
- Old Lane: Valhalla Road to Old Lane Extension (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/10/12)
- Hilldale Road: entire length (on or about 9/7/12 through 9/13/12)
- Crane Drive: entire length (on or about 9/7/12 through 9/13/12)
- Berhman Way: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/11/12)
- Joan Drive: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/11/12)
- David Drive: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/11/12)
- Gregory Drive: entire length (on or about 9/4/12 through 9/11/12)
- Marion Lane: partial length (on or about 9/12/12 through 9/18/12)"
While the roads are expected to remain open during the work, dates of the improvements could be pushed back if weather causes delays. Alternating and single-lane traffic will be in effect in the areas being improved.
