2nd Street Outdoor Market Comes To Moorestown Sept. 9

MOORESTOWN, NJ — A new event in which friends and neighbors can meet up while helping the Rotary Club of Moorestown launches in the fall.

The first edition of the 2nd Street Market will take place on Sept. 9 on the green of the municipal complex, 111 West Second Street in Moorestown, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The events will feature food trucks, lawn games and live music. In a social media post, Moorestown Mayor Nicole Gillespie said she hopes the event becomes a monthly gathering.

“This will be a casual gathering of friends and neighbors to enjoy good food, music, games and camaraderie in an outside germ free setting,” the Rotary Club says in the announcement on its website. “So please mark your calendar, help volunteer and more importantly invite all your friends and neighbors for this family friendly event. Please spread the word on all of your social media pages.”
