Attempted Chainsaw Break-In At T-Mobile Store, Mount Laurel PD Say

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ - Authorities from Mount Laurel are currently investigating an attempted break-in, reportedly involving the would-be trespassers’ use of a chainsaw, at an area T-Mobile store.

The burglary in progress was reported on Sunday night shortly after 9:30 p.m. at a T-Mobile storefront at 52 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel police said in a statement.

“It was reported an individual was attempting to break into the T-Mobile store using a chainsaw,” police said.

Though officers weren’t able to find any suspects at the scene, a “large hole was discovered in the wall shared by T-Mobile and Great Clips,” police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
