MAPLE SHADE, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on Route 38 in South Jersey has prompted commuting delays in the area Wednesday morning, authorities said. As of 6:28 a.m., there's a crash investigation on Route 38 eastbound and Rudderow Avenue/Cutler Avenue in Maple Shade, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
