LUMBERTON, NJ - A motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian closed a portion of Route 38 in both directions Friday morning, authorities said. As of 5:50 a.m., there's a crash investigation and a pedestrian accident on Route 38 westbound east of CR 541 in Lumberton, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
