• Morris County leaders, educators host open house for new Career Training Center at CCM (wrnjradio.com) — Morris County students now have expanded options for hands-on career and technical training at the new Career Training Center on the County College of Morris campus in Randolph. County leaders and educators recently showcased the 46,350-square-foot facility, which offers share-time programs in fields like medical assistance, AI, and renewable energy, with applications open to 10th-graders through February 17, 2026.
   

• Massive Morris Co. Shopping Plaza Sells For Nearly $28M (patch.com) — A major shopping plaza in Mount Olive, Morris County, has sold for $27.9 million, underscoring the area’s growing retail draw. Anchored by Lowe’s and popular chains like Panera, Chipotle, and Applebee’s, the renovated center now attracts over a million more shoppers than in 2023, though the new owner and any future changes haven’t been disclosed yet.
