In need of family housing, ASAP

Hey guys, I need some help finding a 2 or 3 bedroom for my family of 5.... IT NEEDS TO BE IN MORRIS COUNTY.

We have a subsidy from catholic charities for 70% of rent along with a 1,000 incentive to anyone willing to rent to us. We're a family of 5, so they will subsidize a 2 bedroom up to 2200 a month or 3 bedroom up to 2700 a month.

If anyone is willing, or knows anyone willing to rent a home, apartment or basement to someone with an eviction given the subsidy and incentive, please, let me know. Unfortunately, our court date was changed for landlord tenant disputes, I was unaware and with not showing up, we were evicted. Grace of God, i was able to move our things into storage before we were locked out.

We were advised by NJ legal services to take the eviction because we were at the place for 5 years and he refused to make any repairs... siting even if he sues for rent, we wouldn't be liable because the conditions were unlivable. Half the electric didn't work and cabinets were falling off the walls.

It seemed like good advice at the time, but now its becoming a nightmare to find a place.

I only can keep up staying in a hotel until the end of the week... 211 will only put us up day-by day it its under 40 degrees, and OTA has had our application pending for over 3 weeks now.
