Police To Hold 'Coffee With A Cop' Outreach Event In Morris Plains
For the next "Coffee With A Cop" event, have a friendly chat with a local police officer this Wednesday.
MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Here's your chance to meet and chat with local law enforcement officers. The Morris Plains Police Department is hosting a “Coffee with a Cop” event this Wednesday.
Members of the department will be at the Dunkin' Donuts, located at 401 Speedwell Avenue, on Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., according to police.
The event allows members of the community to meet with the Morris Plains Police Department in an informal setting to ask questions, voice concerns and build relationships while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Coffee With A Cop is a national event that has been taking place across the country for the past few years. The goal is to foster trust and relationships between law enforcement and the community.
