3 Charged In Hotel Prostitution Ring In Morris Co.: PD

Police charged three people in connection to a prostitution ring, they said.

HANOVER, NJ — Three people were charged follwoing an investigation into a hotel-based prostitution ring in Hanover, police said.

Hanover police conducted the undercover sting the first week of August, as part of an ongoing effort to stop human trafficking and sexual exploitation, police said. The investigation led police to a local hotel, which they did not name.

Three people were charged as a result: Imani Bailey-Burrowswood, 44, from Voorhees; Melissa Esposito, 35, from East Orange; and Meghan Xenakis, 38, from Wayne. All three were charged with offering a sex act for money.

Esposito was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the county jail on several outstanding warrants.

Bailey-Burrowswood and Xenakis were both release with upcoming court dates.
