Massive Warehouse Development Coming To Morris Plains

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Morris Plains is about to grow in a big way, with a half-million square feet of warehouse space on the horizon.

East Rutherford-based developer Lincoln Equities Group has just unveiled two brand-new warehouse facilities at 201 Tabor Road in Morris Plains—adding nearly 500,000 square feet of industrial space to the region.

More than a decade in the making, the project stands on the former Johnson & Johnson office site, now transformed into the Lincoln Logistics Morris Plains complex. The development includes two state-of-the-art buildings, one measuring 224,750 square feet and the other 270,000 square feet, built to meet the rising demand for modern industrial space.

Both buildings feature 40-foot clear heights, two drive-in doors, 35 dock doors positioned opposite each other, and ample parking for cars and trailers, officials said.

“Our vision for Lincoln Logistics Morris Plains was to deliver a state-of-the-art industrial park that will set a new standard for design, efficiency and connectivity in the region,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO at Lincoln Equities Group.

The property is located three miles from Route 287, five and a half miles from Route 80, and eight miles from Route 280. It is 30 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport, just under 32 miles from the Ports of Newark and Elizabeth and 35 miles from New York City.

"With its strategic location and best-in-class infrastructure, this project is well positioned to support the evolving needs of a wide range of users across e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics," Bergstein added.
