Raheem Harris, 32, was charged with second-degree sexual assault in connection with the April 27 incident. Harris, who was arrested Friday night, has been convicted of five felonies in the past, NJ.com reported, including for criminal sexual contact. A judge also ordered Harris not to have contact with the victim.
