CVS Info Session, Russian Film This Week

Well, what's going on the rest of this week in Morristown? Funny you should ask, we happen to have a list of activities below. This is your lucky day!

1. For our Morris Township readers (and voters), a League of Women Voters-sponsored candidates night for Morris Township Committee elections will be held starting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas Jefferson School. Come with questions.
2. Do you or someone you know suffer from fibromyalgia and fatigue? A support group will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at 95 Madison Ave., and every future first Wednesday of the month.
3. Our favorite midweek, midday walk is back, at a new location. Head to 14 Maple Ave. at noon Thursday for the Bike and Walk Morristown-sponsored event.
4. Fancy a Russian film called "The Italian," with English subtitles? The Morristown and Morris Township Library has just the event for you. Head over there Thursday at 6:30 p.m., for the first of three movies in its Russian Film Series. Free, with light refreshments!
5. We reported recently that CVS has expressed interest in building a location at the currently-abandoned former used car dealership at the corner of Speedwell Avenue and Spring Street. On Thursday, from 7 to 9 p.m., an information session will be held at Town Hall on the proposal.
