Developer Breaks Ground On Second Luxury Apartment Building In Morristown
Mill Creek's success with Modera 44 turns into construction of Modera 55.

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – If you build it, they will come.
For Mill Creek Residential, that’s exactly what happened, and what they’re hoping for more of.
The development company that put together Modera 44, a group of luxury apartments in Morristown which is now fully leased just a year after opening, is breaking ground on its latest creation, Modera 55.

“Breaking ground on Mill Creek’s second luxury community marks a significant milestone for the Town of Morristown and our growing number of residents and businesses,” Morristown Mayor Timothy Dougherty said in a statement. “With Modera 55, Mill Creek is contributing greatly to the continued evolution and improvement of Morristown’s bustling downtown by catering to residents who seek a luxury living experience. As Morristown’s eclectic mix of restaurants, galleries, premium retailers and boutiques continue to flourish, we’re thrilled that Mill Creek will continue to fulfill that need with a second community of next-level residences.”
The building will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with nine-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, full-size washers and dryers, and other amenities.

The building will also include a 24-hour fitness center, business center with conference room and on-site offices for resident use.
