'Mind, Body, Spirit and Chocolate' Breast Health Seminar

The "lunch and learn" event will explore the benefits of exercise and a healthy diet—one that includes chocolate.

Wendy Taffet's  of Morristown will host a chocolate tasting during the event. Registered guests will receive a three-piece sample pack of healthy chocolates.

Guest speakers will include Dr. Nancy Cotter, medical director of Atlantic Integrative Medicine; Dr. Paul Friedman, medical director of the breast center; and Jean Marie Rosone, coordinator of integrative oncology.

A question-and-answer session and healthy lunch will follow.
