Fuel Spill, Crash Closes Lanes On NJ 24 In Morris County: DOT

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A fuel spill and crash on NJ 24 in Morris County have prompted commuting delays Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.

As of 2:15 p.m., there’s a crash and fuel spill on NJ 24 westbound, east of exit 1 – CR 511/Whippany Road, near Morris Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Two of the three right lanes are currently closed, the agency said.

Motorists are asked to slow down and expect delays of up to 10 minutes, the agency added.
