Man Threw Bodily Fluids, Exposed Himself To Female Jogger: MTPD
Police say the man threatened to sexually assault the woman, who was out for a jog.
MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ —A Harding man was arrested after police say he threw bodily fluids at and exposed himself to a female jogger in Morris Township.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. on Monday, when a 21-year-od Morristown woman was jogging on Harter Road. Police say a man in a dark-colored pick-up truck followed the woman, exposed his genitalia, threw a "cup of bodily fluids on her," and threatened to sexually assault her.
The man did not have a weapon, and a sexual assault did not take place police said.

Based on a description provided by the jogger, Marc Milelli, 28, from Hanover, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats, lewdness, and tampering with physical evidence, police said. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance.
