Morris County’s Most Wanted: Have You Seen These Suspects?

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating eight men who are currently wanted for various crimes.

According to authorities, all of the suspects are wanted for violent crimes, some of which include sexual assault and attempted murder. One is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Jason Adams

Jason Adams, a 53-year-old homeless man, is wanted by authorities for aggravated assault.

Adams, known to frequent the Hanover Township area, is six feet in height, weighs around 155 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities added that he has scars on his chin, left arm, and right finger.

Jorge Cortez-Fuentes

Jorge Cortez-Fuentes, 45, is wanted for aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Cortez-Fuentes is 4’11 and weighs around 130 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

While he was born in Mexico, Cortez-Fuentes’ last known address was on Clark Street in Dover.

Gerardo Fernandez

Gerardo Fernandez, 64, is wanted for aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and violation of a court order.

Fernandez is 5’9 and weighs around 170 lbs. He has brown eyes with black hair. Authorities do not know if he has any scars or tattoos.

Fernandez, also born in Mexico, has a last known address on William Street in Dover.

Phoukham Khenthasouvannay, aka “Phoo”

Phoukham Khenthasouvannay, often called “Phoo,” is wanted by authorities for criminal sexual assault of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

The 56-year-old is 5’5 in height and weighs approximately 125 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair, and sports a scar on his abdomen.

Hailing from Laos, Khenthasouvannay’s last known residence was in North Plainfield, Somerset County.

Elin Hernando Lopez-Estrada

Elin Hernando Lopez-Estrada, 47, is wanted for aggravated assault.

Authorities describe Lopez-Estrada as a 5’3 Hispanic man, weighing around 155 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Lopez-Estrada’s last known address was in Roxbury.

Juan Ramirez-Rendon, aka “Manuel Ramos”

Juan Ramirez-Rendon, known to use the alias “Manuel Ramos,” is wanted for attempted murder, carjacking, and kidnapping, officials said.

The 58-year-old is 5’10 and weighs around 170 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair. Additionally, he has the word “LOVE” tattooed on his left fingers.

Authorities added that Ramirez-Rendon should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

Originally from Colombia, Ramirez-Rendon’s last known address was on Union Street in Wharton.

Agostin Ramos-Ortiz

Agostin Ramos-Ortiz, 47, is wanted by police for attempted murder.

Ramos-Ortiz is described as a 5’8 Hispanic man, weighing approximately 170 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

His last known address was in Montville.

Carlos Urbina

Carlos Urbina is wanted by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The 65-year-old stands at 5’8, and weighs 185 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and authorities do not know if he has any scars or tattoos.

While he was born in Chile, Urbina’s last known address was in Palisade Plaza in Cliffside Park, Bergen County.
