Morristown Man Jailed On Child Sex Charges: Report

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – A Morristown man has been charged and jailed for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl earlier this month.

According to dailyrecord.com, Nestor Tacurisuna was charged by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a girl under the age of 13. The alleged crimes happened between May 9 and May 15, and Tacurisuna’s bail was set at $150,000 with no 10-percent option, then later dropped to $125,000 with no 10-percent option, the report said.
