Morristown Man Prostituted Missing Teen, Police Say
Police say the man picked the teen up at home and took her to a local hotel, where he paid her for sex.
HANOVER, NJ — A Morristown man was arrested after allegedly prostituting a missing teen from Sussex County, Hanover Police said.
Gilson Caicedo, 23, of Morristown, was arrested on Sept. 11 with several sexual assault charges after allegedly paying a 13-year-old girl to have sex with him, police said.
Police say Caicedo picked the teen up at her home in Sussex County, and took her to a Hanover Township hotel. After allegedly paying the teen for sex, Caicedo drove the teen back to her house, police said. During that time, the teen was reported as missing to the New Jersey State Police.

Caicedo was arrested and charged with two counts each of sexual assault of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child, and one count each of promoting prostitution and criminal sexual contact.
He was taken to St. Claire's Hospital pending transport to jail, police said.
